Wonder if seats will be available at discounted prices? Only the German facility has filed, not the Michigan and Japanese facilities

Only the automotive division filed for insolvency. The company has struggled in the past years apparently, it is said that the employees agreed to forego some payments in the past years to help stabilise the company, but it was not enough. It is not yet the definite end of the business, they might restructure it and hopefully keep it alive in one form or another.

If I read/understood it correctly, it’s just the plant in Germany. Japan and U.S. are in the black
