My GT has the saddle leather (peanut butter if you prefer) and now that it is 14 years old the driver seat is starting to show it's age, the pass and rear are perfect though

All the sites I have seen only sell full leather kits (front and back) does anyone know anywhere that sells leather for just one set? Would even buy both fronts if needed just cant see paying for full set when it isn't needed

Have not seen any partial kits as such. Do you have the classic 2" to 3" slice in the drivers lower left lumbar area? I found the seat frame there has a burred edge and it slowly eats through the seat bun and then proceeds to eat through the seat upholstry. I have not found anyone repopping the buns either. Be sure to file/polish this area of the frame to avoid further damage.

Usually it's cheaper to just buy a whole new seat then to pay the 700 to have something reupholstered. I myself picked up my fronts for $175 then about 8 months later i picked up a MINT rear seat for $40 and the guy had a Extra front seat i picked up for free. All in Black leather too :)

Actually it's just wear marks on the outside edges, hardly a huge issue but enough to annoy me

Appreciate it, was considering converting to black interior but would end up costing me a ton to switch door panels, center, dash, etc. Also remembered that was one thing I never liked about my last car was the all black interior and decided to stay with the brown stuff.
