Rim Painting?

I want to paint my rims like JonBeast used to have until he swapped them for the ones he has on now, how would I go about doing that? I have the stock GT rims that he had on there and I wanted to know how difficult that would be to do?

Scuff the outside surface, prime, wet sand, paint, wet sand, clear coat. Not that difficult.
