So after finishing the car the rockers have always been a little noisy. I have adjusted them once and they did not get any better so before taking my car to get dyno tuned Tuesday i wanted to try to fix the problem ..

I have driven the car over 1,000 miles with no problems and the car runs great so here are some pictures of the springs

Please let me know if you think i need a little longer pushrod ..

They are 6.7 and i was thinking of going with a 6.75

Some look great some look a little short

Wear looks to be near the center of the vlv.. what's the prob?
Are you running solid or hydraulic lifters? And how are you adjusting the vlvs?

it looks good to me too. what rockers are you running?

Ford MotorSports 1.6

I think i found the problem ....

When I installed the roller rockers i put the flat side of the rocker on the bottom and not on the top so the nut can set on it...

I swapped it the right way and will see when im dont if it makes a difference .. lets pray

those rockers have been known to be noisey in some cars..

If you can hear your rockers, just means your exhaust is not loud enough...

Well just finished putting the car back together and the rockers are a little better but still noisy but I talk to the guy tuning my car and he said we can check it out in the morning

So wish me luck ...

I hope my car makes at least 280 rwhp and 300 rwtq

looks good to me, my ford rockers were loud too, even with the same pushrods on same motor they were louder than my scorpions by a bit.

Well I'm thinking because my mass air is still stock and my elbow and t body are not 75 mm that i will not make that much power

But as long as the car feels faster then it did and does ...

The car is not much faster then stock but when I'm on the highway in 5 th gear the car pulls super hard its weird ... Fucking computer .lol lol

Do you guys really think the dyno tune is going to make me huge rwhp gains ????

tunes do wonders, it's not always about the peak numbers you make but how much they can raise your average power over the whole RPM band.

I have a pro-m 75 mm body maf with a 94 gt stock maf in it. I am not using it, its painted black but it would do what you need.

had to cancel my appt on the dyno to go back to the ER today. huge dissappointment..............
