rotors?

can I upgrade my rotors with stock calipers and brakes? what is a good set go for?

Yes, do you have a GT or a cobra? on my GT I bought powerslot rotors and hawk pads (popular combo). Definitly better than stock but im sure its not as good as a 13 inch rotor setup. But it was definitly cheaper. lol

yea upgrading the whole system is best.. But i guess powerslot and deffinately hawk pads.

Personaly now i would just get a set of plain blank rotors that are vented. But either or.. slotted is good. no crossdrilling

A buddy of mine is running drilled rotors with hawk pads (I believe he said HP version) and they squeal pretty bad. He said he did not have that issue with ebc pads.

Its not the pads. Hawk makes some of the best pads out there.. he could need new ones.

They are new, maybe the drilled rotors I don't know. I do know they are squeal pretty bad. I'll ask him again when I see him to be sure they are HP and not ceramic.

Saw him yesterday and he said they are HP Plus (black box), now I know why they are so noisy. They are not for everyday street/highway use.
