running 2 mufflers

would running 2 different mufflers hurt the enigne at all? it would only be for a short period of time, maybe a week or two. i banged up one of my mufflers pretty bad. i got a whole new catback on order so i dont want to change both mufflers and only run them for 2 weeks till i get my new catback on
