Running rich Injector question

Hello everyone I have recently done an engine swap and had some problems as I have posted on here
Ive gotten everything straightened out but the running rich problem. My build is gt40p heads fms shorties
e-303 cam 1.7 roller rockers and forged internals. I replaced my injectors with a new set of 19lbh
F0TE-D5B they are the four hole injectors the ones I replaced are F1ZE-C2A single hole. I didnt think the difference in injectors would make the car run rich and the idle is up and down ive replaced the iac, tps,both o2s and the temp sensor I can onle get the tps to adjust to .75 neither of the holes are slotted so im turning the base idle screw the idle is at 800 rpms if I cant fix it its goin to coupe performance and
Ill let scott mess with it hes going to tune it soon as its fixed anyway but id rather have it running right before I bring it to him so all he has to do is tune

How rich is the car running? What is your air/fuel ratio?

The tune will fix your problem.

You can't adjust TPS on 94-95 cars.

what meter is on the car

F0TE-D5B is listed as a 210cc/min which is 20 lb

The meter is stock and its running pretty rich I have no a/f meter but itll burn your eyes if you stand behind it. I really dont want to run it much im scared it'll ruin my bearings I was thinking the tune would fix it aswell

If the TPS is reading .75v (new or not) that is almost at the PCM limit to learn the idle position. I would confirm that reading and if it's true replace the TPS. Something closer to 1v would be a lot better. A tune will not fix bad sensors.

Would the tps cause it to run so rich though imma swap it out again I know how new ford parts are ive ran into alot of new bad parts on this car and my last fox

Well, if the PCM doesn't know where actual the throttle position is, running rich could be a result. When you replace the TPS test the voltage through the full range. The voltage should increase smoothly from idle to WOT.

Ill try that another new one is coming in today I checked the one know and at wot it was like 4.? isnt wot around 2 somthing

Mine had a smell that I thought was rich, but it was actually pretty lean at idle. If the smell is irritating your nose (slight burning) you actually may be lean. Only way to tell is with a A/F ratio gauge.

Yeah Its pushing alot of black smoke I just put the 2nd new tps on it and can only get it to adjust to .84
with the base idle I run out of screw I put a nickle between the screw and the linkage and it goes up to 97
but the car idles really high. I know I can slot the holes but I really want to fix the problem thats causing this
