Scraping/grinding noise coming from bellhousing.

Scraping/grinding noise from bellhousing. Had it out numerous times, replaced everything each time. Start it and run it for a few minutes and the noise and gone, the it comes back and never goes away untill I repeat this process. (Cannot add video of sound here. And it’s hard to explain the sound)

Manual. T-45. Clutch, pilot bearing, and Throwout bearing every time.

Have you done anything with the flywheel?

So the noise is gone but comes back a little while later. Does the noise change at any given time? On the clutch, off the clutch? And certain rpm?

No change when on the clutch or off. I have the proper flywheel. It is not noticable after 2k rpm but my car is also straight piped so I can’t hear anything

Yes, with more rpm it gets faster

i try to get mine through ford
i have had bad luck with some auto zone ones
never did try Orielly's
