Was yours a 3core one? I would get it replaced. Or you can waste money on another one. I would try a free one first.

if he wanted to use an 03/03 cobra radiator in his automatic, couldnt he just use an Auxiliary Transmission cooler?

when i changed my radiator, i broke the fittings to the radiator's internal cooler so i just ran my external cooler straight to the transmission

+1... I have a fluidyne and I havnt had problems yet. But the OEM cobra one is cheaper, even with buying a extra trans cooler and mounting it. Just a thought.

exactly, $140 cobra radiator plus ~$50 tranny cooler isnt too bad at all.

hell, i paid $200 for my replacement V6 radiator and i already had my cooler that i ran in conjunction with my old radiator

I would never buy a Mishimoto radiator for my mustang.
Alot of mustang enthusiasts have had problems with these radiators.
The design is obviously flawed because people have fitment issues
and even leaks from Mishimoto radiators. They have had quality control
issues too.Mr. Handz had a real nightmare using Mishimoto radiators
and I'm glad he posted his experience. There are also alot of different
radiators out there to choice from.

Mishimoto is local to me and was recently hiring for Internet Forum advertisers. So next time you see someone saying how great they are it might be an employee.

my CXRacing radiator works well. i would replace the rubber o-ring supplied for the drain plug though. mine split in half and leaked all over the place. but i haven't had many problems with it.

Javi has a BeCool dunno how long it has been in but ask him how it is working for him.

I won a Cecool at BeCools annual car show this year that I put in my wifes 03. I couldn't be happier. I run stock and haven't had any issues yet!

I've had 3 and none have lasted more than 500 miles. They must be made for trailer queens. I went to a Ready-Rad from Advanced Auto and no problems for 5K miles!
