HI guys,,I think I already know the answer to this question but just need it confirming,,,i was data logging with my X3 and it locked up when I switched off the engine,,all it does now is show a blank blue screen,,,my laptop dosnt even see it when plugged in :crying:,,so will it need to be sent back to SCT to get fixed??

Cheers for the replies,,I phoned SCT tech and he brought the thing back from the dead by taking over my laptop and fixing it from his end!!!!,,,,he said they have only had this service for about 2 months now but saved me the hassle of sending it off :dancing6:

But I am having the exact same issue with my SCT X3 that I got from Kenne Bell with my blower kit. Any suggestions, since SCT is closed? I kinda need the tune that is on it, like, yesterday, a week ago.
