Well, Since my car is now in the shop due to an asshole pulling a hit and run, Im looking at more things to bring the car back to "show room" condition since the exterior is getting most of the dings fixed aside from the spider crack on the rear bumper. I can;t believe I didnt notice, but my dad said he found a nice rip in the fabric on my driver's seat thats about 2 inches long, and not too wide. I was wondering, what would be the better thing to for me to buy: New fabric(these are the stock cloth buckets front) for all seats including the rear ones or get leather buckets/rear seats from a newer(new edge style) Mustang GT? Also do the New edge seat bolt right in without any mods if I do decide to get them? Thanks in advance!

^^ I like factory things, keeps the cars value up, aftermarket stuff usually lowers ie; My cobra wheels(albeit factory replicas) brought the official value of my car up $300, they guy said they are a factory upgrade which holds value where as say an Enkei wheel he said DOESNT help that much. I was looking around and LOVE the look of the 03/04 termy buckets, those would look drop dead sexy in my sn95! Bad part is the price, $1k for the whole set-up, thats 1/7 of what the car was bought for!

the bad part of our stangs is i haven't been able to find anyone that has replacement seat covers or replacement foam either. my driver seat is also torn and the foam has broken down on the side bolster.

katzkin shouldnt lower the vavle. A car is only worth what someone will pay for it, not what a book says. Katzkin are some of the nices covers you could ever buy.

New edge seats will bolt right in....I have leather dark charcoal seats in my 95 front and back...went right in no problem...if they are power you have to rewire the seat to your old plug but mine were already done that way when i got them so i dont know exactly how to do it but you can find the info on stangnet or probably here too but ive never loooked but they say it isnt hard at all...i love mine though...i highly recommend the swap...well worth it

^^Ya, I have been looking at new edge leather, Cant find a decent(not worn out too badly) set. I LOVE the cobra from 03-04 seats. but dang 1k is a little too much for them. As for the seats, I didnt know the cloth was GLUED to the foam :crying:

IMO you need to to stop looking at your car as an investment.

I'm not sure you can buy from katzkin directly. They do have a supplier that they directed me to but I forget the name.
