I want a shaker for my car but I haven't found one for 94-98 or 94-95. I would guess the 99-04 would work just fine since it is for v6 and v8 both, but not sure. Anyone know of a shaker for a '95? or where I can get one that's not $900?

From what I once asked about, a shaker cannot work with a 5.0/302. Something about they could not get the 'something' to line up. Sorry. Once I heard they couldn't, I lost the drive to remember. That was right around when I 1st bought my car, too! That was back in '03. Classic Design Concepts sells them for the 4.6's though. http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=54

I saw also in a magazine that a guy had 1 custom made for his 5.0. Don't remember that either. Sorry I know I'm dumb!!

Thanks, the article helped a bit. I think if I can get one cheap enough to suit me I'll just try to custom fab it myself. If anyone has anymore info or knows where to get one cheap that would be great

I think it's mainly because the intake of the 5.0L sits higher than a 4.6L does, and takes up more room (4.6 having the rather narrow plenum vs the 5.0L intake running basically all the way across the depth of the engine).

I have seen one on a 302/5.0 though. It was in a magazine's online page. It was a blue Stang, I'm pretty sure of! That's all I remember though! I tried looking, but I cannot find it. Yet at least!

Here's what the guy has e-mailed me:
1. Yes i make them to order with a deposit!

2. It is a pretty complex process to make it work with your car it is not
just a bolt on kit you will need a body shop or tuner shop to assist
you in the install. I will also need many measurements and photos and
info to make it work the last kit i built and sold was almost $2200

3. Wish i could be of more help but and i wish it was cheaper but it is a
very very expensive amount of parts to make it work right!

Thank you,
Kevin Williams

I was really debating on buying it!! I decided it would not be that smart though!
