So I sold my 98 and now am in the market for a 99+ auto. A reason being the auto is I got tired of driving a stick all the time cuz I drive a lot. I want to find one that is as close to stock is possible and with under 70K that way I dont have to worry about anything going wrong and I can do what I want to it, knowing who installed everything, etc. So anyways, I jus thought I would let everyone know that I am no longer a fellow sn95 owner. I still love them though! Plans for the new beast will be lt's, a good set of cams, tuner, gears, full exhaust (of course), possibly coil overs, sways, etc. for suspension. You get the idea. My overall goal is to have a very clean, driveable, low to mid 13 second mustang. I am getting antsy to get one, but am going to hold off until that right one comes along. Please chime in guys.

Just about sums up what my goal is in a nutshell for my 98 stang as well, but I'm keeping the 5sp. Can't imagine not rowing my own though, but my stang is not a DD don't think that even it was sell it for an auto. This is about you though and hope you like the change to the new edge auto. Let us know how you make out and definately be patient with searching for your new stang.

Good luck with the search, and I 100% agree try to find a low-miles one that doesn't need an ass-load of work. By the time I'm done with my GT I'll have practically rebuilt the car, almost all of it repairs/maintenance- totally understand where you're coming from.

7500 is about 1k short of what I find them for, but if your willing to go up to 100k, and get a weird color, be patient, you won't have a problem.

Yeah, thats the thing, I am not willing to get anything over 80k probably. I want something that had NOT been beaten up or abused. Stock is better than not, because whenever a car gets modded heavily, you know the owner has the intention of beating on on, etc. Mine had some bolt ons when I got it, and needledd to say, I put a lot of money into fixing either broken or breaking aftermarket and stock parts. So in conclusion, stock, low miles, auto, leather, and hopfully white, silver, or red. Thats what im going for!!
