Should I upgrade my distributor

Hello everyone; I'm debating weather to upgrade my distributor or stay with the stock one. Will a after market performance distributor be worth the money and why.

What all do you have done already? Honestly I wouldn't waste the money unless you're fully built pushing a lot of hp.

Stock will be fine. if your looking for shiney then polish the stock one.

I personally wouldn't use an after market dizzy. My $300 msd failed me twice but my EFI stock Ford one hasn't yet.

replacing the cap/rotor could help if the old one looks bad.

already have new cap and rotor. the shaft bearings are starting to squeal.

If you're gonna replace it, get a Summit billet one, not an MSD.
