^Long distance on that? You guys are crazy, I rode a friends crotch rocket for 15 minutes and my back was hurting.

Mine is a sport touring, completely different stance and riding characteristics than you average sport bike. Upright handlebars and the pegs are further forward so your not hugging the tank going down the road.

As for my buddies bike..... I wouldnt want to go too far on that thing.

We used to ride our sport bikes from Indy all the way to Chicago and sometimes Nashville to party on the weekends. We road a few times down to Atlanta. Sometimes you were hurting and others not.

This was all long before I had to have 6" of my spine caged in stainless!!!! No way in hell id do any of that now!!! Lol

A few newer pics of the little ninja.

Might not have it for much longer as I might be in the market for an upgrade in the next month or two. I've had it for less than a month and have been riding it everyday to work. What a blast.

A sales brochure pic of my last bike...Had it for 20+ years, my favorite one of all. It has the same performance times as the original Kawasaki 900! Honda CBSC 700cc Sport Touring bike. Neat part was it was very adjustable to most any riding position! The handlebars could be Risers, Flat TT style, dropped down low just about anyway you wanted as the joints were all adjustable, also had adjustable air forks, & antidive fork setting. A shaft drive that did not hurt handling with throttle roll on & off. Hydraulic clutch so no adjustments there, Hydraulic valves so no adjustments ever!! I never had to touch the Four carbs in all the years I owned it...LOL a tune up was to change the plugs! I think it was a perfect bike! Honda did a great job on this American styled Hot Rod! I became so tuned in to it riding most every day, I never had to look at the tach just the sound was enough after a while!. At 8000 RPMS It came on the cam & it was like an afterburner kicking in! It would surprise the heck out of someone new to the bike and was a totally different animal...my wife hated it & I loved it! Miss her a lot! (The bike, still have the wife! hehe)

Picked this up the other day for a steal. 2011 Z1000, only got 657 miles on it. Dude laid it down, nothing too serious really, mostly cosmetic. Should have it running this weekend and will have it pretty again in a couple months.
