I don't think they flow to good with the wheels on there. But the same color they make look great.

they'd flow better in the trash can.

just kidding. no but seriously...

they'll definitely (obviously) look better painted though.

i would like to see someone shave them down so they have a much more slimmer profile to them. those scoops stick out way too far to look good on any sn95.

I like em. thought about picking up a set for myself but they are kinda pricey for such a small piece.

I happen to really like the looks of my side scoops. Why would I want to hide them? Kinda defeats the purpose, for me! Not my car, if you like them put them on!!

i like side scoops on new edges as opposed to no side scoops, but there isnt a set of scoops available for these cars that look like they belong. the scoops on the new edges are nice because theyre subtle. they still sit very close to the car, and follow the lines of the car. AmericanMuscle has a different set of scoops, which looks cool, but they look way too "square" looking for our cars, and the ones you posted, the more popular scoops, just protrude way too far out from the car.

but then again, you could blame it on the design of the original "scoop", being the reason why any aftermarket scoop covers look awkward.

but regardless, they will always look more "in-place" when they match the rest of the car's color as opposed to being still primer'd.

These are too pricey, they cost way over $100 which is way too overpriced i.m.o. but I picked these up for $40 the downside is that the guy lived 1hr. + 30min. away from me so if I add up the price of the scoops and the unexpected gas used I paid $70 and the $80 my paint guy is charging me brings the total to $150 so that is not too bad... I'l post pics by the weekend!

Okay here they are all painted and just recently installed! I just picked them up from the bodyshop today and I gotta say I like the way they flow with the car! I think it looks a bit more agressive as well! oh well I like them :headbang:

I like em, but I like stock, you can see tire smoke filter through the little plastic vent :).
