haha, yeah i know. honestly, the way I drive it though I really don't need it. I mean, yeah once the blower cams/meth is on I am expecting to be in the 450rwhp range. But the car gets driven 5 months of the year, and out of those 5 months about 4k miles? It never sees the strip, and only comes out on the weekend.

yea there is a good amount of work for a battery relocation kit. also you need to make sure how your going to run the wiring. no need to type how to do it and how it SHOULD look just check 96pgttech's build and it should be self explanitory.

yeah, you'll see it's not fun.
had my NHRA inspector friend come over and give me some free tips. my box won't even pass since I drilled holes in it that aren't 100% sealed. I have to find better grommets.

AC Delete, if you don't ever use it then delete it....saves a few pounds and never needs repair if its not there...also cleans up look under hood some.

Electric Water Pump, you only gain a few HP so not worth the money imo.

Battery relocation is good for 2 reasons.
1st it puts weight over the rear for traction and removes it from front
2nd is it also cleans up look under the hood.

I've been considering the relocation kit also to have room for a big methanol tank.

I picked up 8whp from only a EWP and March dampener.
How many EWPs have you installed and dyno'd? Or are you just regurgitating what everyone else on the internet says?

A battery relocate is significantly more involved if you want to remain NHRA legal. I would suggest an aftermarket balancer and EWP if you have not already done so, for you the larger EWP pulley will really help belt wrap.

Every car I have ever deleted A/C in I have regretted it. It was just one step closer to "rusty heap of ****".

Yeah 8hp from $350-450 worth of parts sounds like a great investment to me! Did you dyno the car then swap the parts and dyno again at the same location/day etc?
I absolutely regurgitated that info up because my eyes do work and i've seen dozens of people post up the minimal gains from the $300+ EWP to know i wouldn't waste my money on it.

Yes, I did, actually. My factory balancer failed on me, I worked at JDM. So the car just sat in the parking lot. It was actually about 20 degrees hotter and raining when I dyno'd the second time.

8whp for 300-400 bucks is extremely good bang/buck in this world.

either! I got my PI cams for $115 shipped, and I personally went with the Livernois Kit, so it was pricier but if you dont get the adaptor plates you can get the PI manifold brand new for less than $300.
