Smog pump removal

When i remove the smog pump hoses from the back of the head do i need block the head off with some kinda plate or can you just remove the hoses and be done?

If the SN95 is like the 5.0 in the '95 Bronco redid, you'll want to use pipe plugs in the back of head head where the AIR pump lines screw in.

You can use spark plugs to plug the holes. I put two old ones in mine. ( 1 per head)

LMR sells a block-off kit too. Although it's not seen, they look nice.

Pretty sure I just 5/8 pipe plugs from the hardware store.
