smog removal- stuck bolt

Does anyone have any tricks for removing the bolt in the back of the passenger side head so i can remove the crossover tube? Im about to give myself a hernia straining on this thing. All i can get on it is a short wrench and i cant find any leverage.

it is a pain in the @$$ i used 2 boxed end open end wrenches 1 for the bolt an the other for leverage

It did occur to me the factory had welded them in.
