I have done everything I know to do. When you turn the a/c on, the fan will turn on to the low speed, other wise it will not run on by itself. When I unplug the sensor in the coolan rail, the fan turned on to the low setting then immediatly to the high speed bringing the temp down very quickly. I waited for the temp to get all the way to the A before I made the fan come on. Within a min it was all the way down the N. This car has a brand new radiator and a 160 stat in it. Please help me figure this out!

a 160* stat is to low. 195* is stock but most only go as low as 180*.
You really need a real temp guage to know what the temp really is.
There 2 temp sensors: 1 for the guage and 1 for the computer.
It's possible for the guage inside the car to be reading high when the computor sensor is only at 160*. And that's to low for the fans to kick on.

The way it sweeps and how long it has to stay running to reach that high of a temp, tells me that the ccrm is fried for the fans. 160 is fine with the proper tune in the summer, 180 will go back in for winter.

The CCRM only has relays in it. If there was a prob with the CCRM then the fans wouldn't come on at all.
You might want get a resistance reading of the sensor while the engine is running to make sure the OHM's change as the temp rises.
