....so im makinh a mid pipe comparison forthe world to see ..i've had a few set backs which will be told later anywho onto my question



so i bought MIL eliminators ....one doesnt fit ....as in the pig tale wont line up with any of the sensors .....so im running with only one on ......no im missing on one cyclider.....the check engine light is on but im gonna pull thecode just incase but it should be from the fact the other MIL isnt on ....


so anyone have an idea whats up with getting the odd ball MIL eliminator an do you think i should disconnect the battery for like ten minutes to reset the computer

i have slp lm1's and both o/r mid pipes nm else on it right now just part waiting to go on

Unsure about the miss. It could be related to only running one mil elim.. I would also check pulgs, wires, and the coils. Also possibly the injectors.

As for the odd ball mil elim. I ran into that with mine. I can't remember if it was the car harness side or the actual o2 sensor that I couldn't get the mil elim. to plug into, but all I had to do to remedy the problem was cut off one of the alignment pegs that are on the sides of the plug on the end that the mil elim. wouldn't plug into... I hope that makes sense.. It's dark so I can't go out and get a pic of how I done it.

Once you ran only 1 MIL that's when your CEL kicked on? That's odd i don't see how that would make you miss on one cyl i would say pull the code or codes.

it was missing before i put the mil eliminators on ......so i know the check engine light is gonna atleast be for the cats being gone but idk (you think with all the technology now days computers could figure it out completely not geuss at 6 things hahaha)

yeah i get what your sayin iwas gonna just cut the one little peg off but didnt

the mil go on the rear o2 sensors right?? and that should turn off th check engine light for the cats being gone atleast


good news is my car is LOUD!!!!!!!!!!

ill throw it on tonight

i chrck all the pugs and blasted the caps with air to clean out any possible debris but it was allgood .....im gonnago have auto zone chck my codes tomorrow shits free hahaa

Didn't your MILS come with instructions? My Steeda's included them and it said to cut off the tab if needed.

What mid pipes are you comparing?

nope just in a little baggie with parts numbers .....and pkging material.........from Late model restoration

i just filed the peg down

i have a UPR products o/r x pipe and a BBK o/r h pipe........the x pipe sounds bomb btw but i havethe H on for now ....gonna sell the x pipe cause it is i my opinion the best sounding excluding issues with my car
