i did but i did it right, although i hate doing it that way, i took a scotch bright pad and sanded it good, then primer, then trim paint because it last long and stands the sun better

Still sadness =[ A fence painter would have yielded much better results, that's how I did my mirrors and it has a professional finish on them.

why is it sad if they are done right and look good? and i mean till i get my car painted in winter it will do for now, i just couldnt stand it all faded and junky looking

I guess it's better than faded. I just cringe anytime I hear people use spray paint. it doesnt give you the same smooth even finish as a fence painter or professional paint gun would.

You can get a smooth finish with spray paint if you know what your doing and take your time. Its all in the prep and polish.
