just the simple copper Autolite 764's are still the best. Don't waste your money on any more expensive stuff.

I run the autolite 764 coppers and change them once a year, check the gap every few months, never had any issues.

Oem or auto lites all day. Only exception is if you wanna spring for the 8 dollar ngk iridiums. That's the only highdollar plug I'd say would be a benefit. We run them in high rpm or high boost applications due to increased cylinder pressures.

I had Platinum plugs in my 97 and swaped them out with OEM copper plugs. The car fell flat on its face. Sprung for some new Platinum plugs and she woke back up. Get platinum plugs, screw copper.

NGK TR55GP is all i run. Platinum style and doesnt break the bank also burns colder. I would definitely stick to a platinum if anything though, iridium plugs run way to hot. Its a part #3403 at your local parts store.

OEM will be fine on a street car... once you get into heavy performance, (boost, spray, High compression) you might want to start looking into a different plug (based on application)

Taylor wires were pretty much epic on my old 2v. *if* you go aftermarket, i highly suggest them.

Yeah the coppers are working great. The PO had platinum plugs still ran fine with them. Not much difference in anything ( throttle response, mpg, hp,) that I've noticed yet

Stick with OEM's until you start getting into power adders. Others will just cause unneeded trouble.
