Speaker swap

Been thinking about this for a long time. Would it be possible to take factory speakers from a 2011-2013 dodge Durango or grand cherokee. I've noticed those speakers are badass and very crisp and bassy. How could I go about swapping my mach 460 door speakers and possibly deck speakers for the Durango or grand cherokee?

good chance the cherokee has an infinity system in it which would mean more then just a simple swap as you would need the amps as well. Honestly taking the stock stereo, premium or not, to put in another car would just not be worth the time. You can get better in the aftermarket for cheaper that is easier to install.

Only reason why I ask is because I could go to a salvage yard and pay low dollar for the speakers rather than buying brand new speakers that are okay

get the amps and wiring as well then but after your time is added into the equation(researching the amp wiring as well as labor) to get it to work I would say its not worth it. Heck if you wanted to add on one of the larger mach systems honestly I would say its easier/cheaper to get better sound outside of the ford/jbl line.... My idea of good sound though is probably a little different then most.....

Yeah... I hear you man, I don't think it's infinity because I don't see brand labels anywhere it's not a fully loaded SUV, I know when I rented the grand cherokee Laredo which was a middle level trim, cloth seats, non touch screen headunit ect.
