spedo question

lol ok got another annoying question. I have a saleen 200 mph speedo, 3.73 rear end gears, and 18 inch rims and my spedo is now off by about 10 mph. What can I do to correct this? If i have to change spedo gears what gear do I use to correct this imballance.
