Speedo Issues tremec T5 In 1995

I finally got myself a 2000 Tremec T5 for my car. I put it in last night and besides for the tranny mount be bolted in a different way it works well. But my speedo is crazy. It sayds 110 at like 20. I know this speedo is electric. How can i make my speedometter atleast somewhat close to accurate. I have 3.73s btw.
