As title says, what would cause there to be "squeaking" sounds while the steering wheel is turned to the right but while the steering wheel is turned to the left no unusual sounds are heard? =/

Hi, I know this is an old post but my car is doing the same thing. Did you determine it was the ball joints?

Ball joints....My gt is doing the same thing now

AZ...here's how you can test...Get some Greased lightning spay lube and spray it on your ball joints, You can also use WD-40...if the squeaking goes away then ....well it is the ball joints.

Hate how the stock GT ball joints have no zurg fitting so you can grease them as a temporary fix.

ball joint seazing up i believe, mine did the same thing till i got mine change, good luck

yes and no... Ford uses a non zirc fitting ball joint so when the grease finally breaks down that's when it starts squeezing. It's not really seizing up. Though
