squeeking tie rods?

    I have a sqeeking noise from my front end every time I turn ..ive heard its the tie rods...should I replace these or deal with the noise ?

    it may be your ball joints, so check them also.

    +1 on the bal joints. Spray some pentrating spray where the ball joints are. My lower ball joints did it to me.

    ive sprayed wd40 and it didnt do anything... is there any way to tell for sure what it is?

    Take the wheels off and check the parts, my m8 ignored the squeak, and the front wheel on his low mileage 96 tucked underneath the car while turning into his driveway, imagine that at speed. :(

    and it will fuck up the wear on your tires....but the latter isnt the worst of your problems if what happened above happens to you.
