Stage II cam swap

Been racking my brain lately with some stage II cams and was wondering; if I need springs, could these be changed with the heads still on the car? and what is involved in the process?

depends on the max lift of the cams. some brands respond better to certain valve springs. its a whole assortment.

You can do a cam and spring swap with heads on the car but its easier with them off. I'd get new springs with any st2 cam despite what some manufacturers say.
