I spoke to josh on the phone. He told me they were closing down to move onto bigger and better things. From what I could tell they moved a decent amount of inventory, I don't think it was the economy as much as just personal reasons.

I got an E-mail from them and like steve said thats not why they went out of business. They went out of business about a month or so ago, I posted a thread on it at that time.
