I have a Stangmods kit and for the extra $$$$$ don't think its worth it. He is easily accessible though and answers questions quick.
Is Stangmods lifetime? I thought it was a 1 yr warranty.

When i get my fogs it will be from a cheaper priced company.

yes their kits have a lifetime warranty. I like mine just fine, have a headlight and fog light kit in 6000K, nice color. If you wan a little blue 6000K is probably a good bet as the 4500 will be white.

I haven't been around much lately, but when I buy a set of HID's it will be from here: http://www.spikemotoring.com/

Owners name is Dustin, he is an admin @ mustangboards.com (username: spike_africa). He's been a contributing member of the Mustang community for a long time with several thousand posts on Mustangboards. He just started the online boutique, but he is a great guy and sells some quality stuff. Might send him an Email or something and see what he can do for you.

No, this is not spam, just letting you know about another place to order HID's.

Those look exactly like the DDM kit but at a more expensive price.

Honestly, I'm not an HID expert, so I couldn't tell you if they're the same quality or not. The $49.95 kits on DDM are single beam kits, the dual beam kits are +$20. Those are without a doubt the cheapest HID kits I've ever seen though, and typically with that kind of stuff you get what you pay for... :dontknow:

The reason why I would buy from Dustin is just the fact that he's been around for a long time, and he's never given me a reason to doubt him. I'm sure that part of the cost difference is the fact that DDM looks to be a large boutique, and like I said, Dustin just started this venture a couple of months ago so he doesn't have the steady flow of business to offer huge holiday discounts or anything like that at the moment.

One thing that DDM is advertising is that the 55w kits are so much better.... I would not recommend going with a 55w kit for any street use vehicle. The 55w kits were designed for offroad use for a reason, they are way too bright to be used on the street. JMHO!
