On a real note though I do want to get a different spoiler...I'm a tad tired of the s281... I wish I could have picked up the ducktail from bti-fab but unfortunately he doesn't make them for the sn anymore...

so today i tried to solve my issue. and in doing said task i documented because why the fvck not?!

i got a new duralast filter of fuels (wanted to get motorcraft but wasnt in store and didnt want to wait) as well as motorcraft 5w20 and oil filter




now on to the pictures



before i got started i met up with my brother for a minute

they look fairly new but they have 30k miles on them... and are from 1998.
luckily these guys were one of the original components off my step dads 98. only taken off because of le m-6066-m462

i decided to clean the fuel rails a bit because why the fvck not and i used my special metal polish and they turned out nice. too bad you dont really notice them

the 243.6k injectors vs the 30k injectors and yes theyre 19#, ill upgrade to 24 down the road

the old filter (which was teanie tiny) and the macho ford part cause 'murica

and then i finally got the car down and she was happy.

not really but it feels like it. i actually had a check engine light on after i was done. a P0113, but thats because i forgot to reconnect the sensor on the intake, the tiny one after the maf


heres a video i took to kinda show what its doing. you can hear the missing pretty well or whatever the hell it is that its doing. ohh and dont mind the smoke... just.. forget you saw that. imagine theres a tiny man from Serbia smoking like 8 packs a minute

my ford friend(s) are of the finance managing, 15' gt350 owning variety. he can help me out with discounts and such with new cars, but i know so much about our cars i usually do everything myself and have for years. you guys may know him off ig too. its tyler swedensky, last name being his posting name. but yeah we need to get this crap figured out...

If you guys have been following the cavalcades and adventures of Frankie and the Stealth Mare you guys would be all up to date and aware that my car has a miss. I cleaned the car maybe an hour ago and decided to go on a drive and get some pics and vids (don't worry I know you're all craving to see the v8 goodness) and after I was doing some videos I came to notice I had a check engine. Ok what now? Just got home and hooked up the obdii and I got a P0307. YAY! THE SAME PISTON AND CYLINDER THAT ALWAYS GIVE ME ISSUES! I'm gonna pop the top (hood) and check er out. Maybe this is what I've been waiting for.

here are the videos i took, one in car and one on le ground. the longer video towards the end im probably doing about 30/35 mph coming into the corner and you can kinda hear the back fire she does when she gets revved up to red line and then dropped throttle. its a bit more noticeable with the in car video

Your car sounds awesome! Are those slp? The 2nd video when you round the curve the 1st time.....should have nailed it and stayed in it! Would have made a killer vid at that angle!

The back fire could be a leaky injector. Timing tables. An exhaust valve not shutting completely.

Where the video was taken there was probably 40 feet after that turn and a closed gate so I couldn't go too fast. If you mean when i first took off though then yeah youre right. Ill get another one for you maybe later today.

And it's stock heads and headers, off road magnaflow x pipe, magnaflow mufflers and custom piping to come out the side into 3.5 inch twin staggered tips
