Steering Wheel Not Aligned Properly

Attached is a picture of my steering wheel when when wheels are aligned to go straight. When I turn my steering wheel to what would normally be straight it pulls hard to the left.

How can I fix this?

You'd need to adjust the tie rods. Shorten one and lengthen the other.

Can you lock the wheel with the key off/out? Get it centered, then start adjusting tie rods. Or you could just get it aligned. You'd prob want it aligned anyways.
