So i have already went through 2 clutch cables one of the UPR and the second Ford Racing. This all happened after installing new clutch and pressure plate oem specs and by BTW it has adjustable clutch cable, fire wall adjuster and quadrant. Watch Video for referen and problem.

Are you running a stock pivot ball, or adjustable?

It's easy to misalign the fork to TOB interface, those twin spring steel tongs.
