Not bad, but thats not 100% stock either. With basic mods, a cobra can come alive very easily. Stock they have the timing of a Buick, have FOUR cats, a pos paper filter, horrible gearing, headers that are uber restrictive. Do the basics and you'll be knocking on 12's door.

A 65mm throttle body, 70mm mass air, cold air, ud pullies, msd, ford racing wires, shorty headers, flowmaster 40 series with a offroad h pipe. limited slip rearend, 373 gears, and 255/45/17 all the way around. Never ran on track and I dont know what it has horsepower wise, or time wise. If anyone has an idea let me know. And also feel free to let me know what my next upgrades should be.
