All else is stock as mentioned in my last thread, the only mod is a PI intake. Stock exhaust and everything. Suspension wise the car is sitting on eibach sportlines but IMO doesn't make enough power to really make much difference :laughing5:

Last night it was 76 degrees when I made the first pass of the evening and it went [email protected] with a 2.137 60'. Tires were at 32 psi so I kinda took it easy to feel the track out and I'm still not used to this car as I just got it recentlyy. Anyway next pass I had planned to drive it harder. I launched and ran first gear out went to shift into second and the motor just reved so I put it in 3rd after trying second once more and drove normal down the track. Got on the return road put it in first went to slow shift into second and nothing, shift to 3rd and nothing, same goes for the rest of the gears. The only functional gear is now first, even reverse is gone and no neutral with the car running and clutch disegaged. if the trans is in neutral and you release the clutch the car takes off as if it's in first. The trans always shifted fine but couldn't be power shifted as it is the original t45 with 150k miles and i've read enough horror stories so it was bound to happen.

Anybody think 13.9 is possible with catback and o/r x-pipe and dr's and driving the car in cool weather? The car also has factory 3.27's which is a plus. I'd like to hear some thoughts on either hte tranny so maybe I have an idea of what to expect when it comes out or does the et/mph seem okay? The 2v is a new motor to me so i'm still trying to do somehome work.

thats a VERY good time... bone stock with a 2.1 60' usually puts people in the high 14s low 15s at best.

you probably gained 2/10th on the top with the PI intake so you are still doing better than most people.

sucks to hear that your trans is now a core though, this is why i searched for 2yrs to find the right car with an AUTO.....
