I always wondered why I didnt see any hot carbon fiber, enclosed air boxes for mustang intake systems

A lot of the other cars have hot intakes like that

All the MRT Mustangs use that intake. I've seen 10+ with that same one.

thanks dave man.. ill do that. ill just repaint it when i do it. i need a good way to connect the MAF though. the end of the JLT (the fenderwell side) has a coupling on it which goes over the end of the MAF. that part has fallen off once and i pray it doesn't do it again because i will be stranded if im not at home.

you know of a way i could rig that side up?

change the clamp on the coupler to a T-clamp. its not gonna come off then.
