thanks dave man.. ill do that. ill just repaint it when i do it. i need a good way to connect the MAF though. the end of the JLT (the fenderwell side) has a coupling on it which goes over the end of the MAF. that part has fallen off once and i pray it doesn't do it again because i will be stranded if im not at home.

you know of a way i could rig that side up?
change the clamp on the coupler to a T-clamp. its not gonna come off then.

commonly used on high boost applications to keep the hose from blowing off.

ill get it fixed the first week in summer when i got some time to work on it. :thumb:

where can you get those T-Clamps?

And by removing the air silencer and adding the K&N filter we picked up as much as the aftermarket CAI kits.
