well after talkin to my painter he says it's doable. he would have to do some glass and it would be costly. so even though it's doable, not worth the total cost.

so i told him, i may glass it myself and have it prep for him to pint. so the style bar painted & the speedster covers $600.....idk, somethin to think about.

wonder if there's any type of material i can wrap it with that doesnt get fn bumpy after it's resign'd?

i use fleece material alot, but that shit gets fn bumpy after i apply resign. takes tons of filler to get it right. and days of sanding.

Why dont you have it dyed body color, that is what a lot of companies do.
i want it to have base & clear to shine like the body. they can dye vinyl body color though? that's good to know...hmm

If you have the right person dye it....I had a white bar on my old 93 gt vert, that was obviously dyed.

Tony, if you can get me a good pic with the style bar and the car where it will really show, I might be able to photoshop the paint on it to see what it would look like before you really get it done.

I didn't know if you were going to paint the ENTIRE thing so i left the underside alone. and it wasn't fun trying to highlight just the bar in Photoshop since the photo itself isn't the biggest and is a little pixelated. If you have high-res ones you want to send to me to get a better look I'll probably be able to doa better gloss on it.
