Suggestions on Heads / Cam / Intake combo

I have a 94 convertible that is my weekend driver / cruiser. I want to give it some power and have done all the bolt-ons, gears, etc. Car has a stock bottom end and has less than 60k miles

I am ready for H/C/I and would like some input for some proven combination's :

I was able to pick up an extrude honed Cobra Intake off craigslist for cheap so I already have an intake. After a lot of research I think I am leaning towards a set of AFR 165 heads or Edelbrock Perfomer's.
What are your thoughts on Cobra intake, AFR heads, what cam and rocker arms?? I would like it to maintain streetablity and am leaning towards and E 303 for that reason with 1.7 rocker arms....

What are your suggestions for H/C/I and rocker arm combination's - to get the best bang for my buck, but maintain streetability? Also, I am not looking to spend unnecessary money with custom grind cams or piston notching, etc. I just want a good easy bolt on combination. Thanks for your input,

Since you have an intake already get AFR 165 heads or Twisted Wedge ones with 1.6 roller rockers. For a cam, the E303 is crappy compared to some newer, smoother running and better performing cams. I have a TFS stage 1 and love it, but I also hear good things about the Steeda #19 and crane 2031(think thats the one). Someone with more expertise will chime in, but a guy called Ed Curtis makes good custom cams, lots of members here swear by his work.

THanks for your advice, I am also comparing costs with a trick flow top end package. I could easily sell my cobra intake and actually make a few bucks... It looks like you have the cobra top end kit, is that accurate? What kinda numbers are you seeing out of it? No need to notch the pistons, how did the install go....
