My gt is my DD i have a full exhaust and 4.10 how bad would an s/c make my mpg? Im not tryin to be a pus but whn gas is ovr $4 a gallon i dnt wanna be gettin 10 to the gallon and go why the hell did i do tht.

get a centri...procharger/vortech...they dont make boost unless your full throttle at like 3k so MPG should be unchanged...in fact, some people claim a little better MPG cruising on the highway. :dunno:

When I'm paying ~$4.00 for gas, fvck yeah I know how to stay out of it. I know it is hard, but you have to.. :hammer:

yeah man im getting maybe 1-2 mpg MORE in the city even, but when that hog kicks in, it goes away quick lol almost as fast as the car goes

I don't see how that's possible given at cruise you're not gaining anything over a stock motor, and now you're turning ANOTHER accessory that saps power out of the motor.

like i said its a SMALL gain, the only reason i noticed it was becuase at 1/4 usually, im right around 165 miles on the odometer, and now at 1/4 im hitting 174-179 either that or im just not driving it like i used to.

ever since I got my car back ive been boosting like every 5 minutes so my gas mileage is really bad.

Its a mustang....if you want to go fast your gonna have to pay man.
