Don't get the SVO...even if your just looking for low psi...get a good SC then adjust the psi to what youre looking for on power, and when youre ready for more power, up the psi, and eventually do the meth kit.

may want to consider overdrive crank pulley

why??? they cost $400+, a smaller blower pulley is only a quarter of that cost. O/D crank also spins the accessories faster which means more wear on them, and sometimes overcharging of the electrical system. only advantage it has over smaller blower pulley is the smaller blower pulleys have more tendency to slip.

The FRPP/SVO supercharger is an M112.

Also I'll call them first thing tommarow. Thank you all SOO much for your help. I'll let you all know of my progress and numbers when i get done.

BTW I already own it, it comes in thursday. Im working with it.
I used to have a powerdyne, but sold it because I only pushed out 227rwhp and ran a 13.657 @ 100.97 with an auto trans and full NPI motor with 3.08 gears.
With a PI intake i made 260rwhp with it, but I never had a chance to run her at the track.

I have plans for the car, my end goal is 300rwhp and 12's. I dont care if its a 12.9999999 if I make it into the 12's il be happy. Next up im doing 4.10's and all of that jazz. I want new control arms and stuff.

Its not really a drag car, just something fun for me to play with around town. I also love the eaton m112 whine. So the sound has me sold on it. Also the low end boost cant be beat by any centrifugal.

33rwhp with the PI intake on the powerdyne setup is good info. was it back to back runs, was it tuned, same a/f both times.

They were not back to back runs.

227rwhp was tuned ( Lolz) and thats what it said at the tuning shop
I got it re dynoed (for shits) and it was still 227rwhp (so emarassing) a few months later.

Then i got redynoed after doing just the PI intake swap. Like i finished it friday night, started her up and dynoed it saturday morning and it was 260rwhp. haha.. I was so happy. But yea it was an untuned 33rwhp gain, so maybe with a new tune i could of gotten a few more out. But i was pleased.

It was JUST the PI intake

A/F...hmm i think when i got her tuned it was 11.1-11.5 and when she was getting dynoed again (after pi intake) she leaned up at one point to a 12.0 but was mostly in the 11's.

Oh okay. Probably got half the gains from the leaner a/f but either way good gains.

It wasnt lean enough to get any large scale gains. It was the same tune both times. But still im not the only boosted car to see a 30rwhp gain from a PI intake

There is a considerable power difference in 11.1 a/f and 12.1 a/f....

I have seen a few report gains that big aswell when boosted after the pi intake. Either way if it leaned the car out a whole point its definately flowing way more air.

Yea the PI intake was a very simple and effective mod. I am a huge supporter of it.

It should take about 2 days (First day just the night and a few hours the next morning) to have it completed.
Its pretty fun too.

Idk if this was mentioned or not because i didn't take the time to read all that shhhtuff, but you can actually spray meth before a roots style blower and not only does that help cool the air charge but it will keep the entire blower cooler as well. Just some food for thought, but honestly I wouldn't waste time or money on an Eaton; Kenne Bell is a different story.

Yea that was my plan lol, from my research iv found the m112 to be useless in higher psi ranges without meth.

Again shes not going to be a street beast. Just my daily driver with some passing power :p

If you can get all the parts it will make for a long term fun street blown car.
On a stock 96-98 the 5-6psi pulley is only good for @260-280rwhp which was kind of depressing when these blowers first came out. The same cars with Vortec's weren't doing any better @8psi so it wasn't the blowers but more or less the intake/cams/heads etc.
With PI cams and better flowing valves the hp jumps over 300rwhp.
A friend of mine had a stock PI engine and stock FRPP/SVO blower and with a SCT tune put down 330rwhp which is inline with what the base non IC'd KB's were putting down before they became super huge blowers. He had some N/A Comp 268 cams installed (NPI) to see how they would do and he only got up to @ 340rwhp because they were losing boost. He blew up the engine at a track day but said he was able to keep up with C5 vettes through most of the track except really sharp turns.

If you can get yourself some PD blower friendly cams and run 9psi with a good tune I see no reason you can't get to 330rwhp through the auto.

Not a lot of Mustang guys gave these blowers a chance so if you want more info go to www.tccoa.comhttp:// as the Tbird and Cougar guys love them to help get there heavier cars moving. A few guys over there making @375+ rwhp with them.

hey Guys,

Just thought id give you an update on my setup.
I got it tuned @9psi with a 3.2 pulley. Pulley was purchused from pulley boys and they make ALL sorts of sizes for anyone with the blower. So thats something i found out.

Anyway she made 290rwhp and 336rwtq threw an auto and all stock long block.
Last weekend she ran a 13.2 at the track with 3.08 gears and i think i can do a little better. Im working on 12's.

If anyone ever buys one of these blowers and needs brackets. I'll sell you the templetes for the brackets i have. If you dont have the tools to make them il sell you the brackets themselves.

Meth is on the list still, kind of ran low on money and needed it tuned. Gears are also on the list. Pi cams may be coming up soon.

I had a 13.2 @ 105

So i think i can do better time wise. But its just gonna take some practice at the track. Iv improved every run though.

Just to explain for the sheet.

Green- Old powerdyne setup @ 6psi
Red - Svo @6psi
Blue - Svo @9psi
