T-5????

So,My 94 Cobras tranny is acting up.Any suggestions on what to do? Second gear sincro is gone,all grind all the time!Dont know if i need to rebuild or get a diffrent tranny.Ive heard T-5 have paper thin sincros and they sell an upgrade to brass?Not sure though.Please help.

Get a Tremec TKO500.

Although T5s shift very nicely, and are lightweight, they simply won't have the durability of a Tremec. I know this, because I have broken many T5s over the years, and never broken a Tremec.

id just get a rebuild kit, ford racing has one, used prices aint that bad but who knows what your getting.
