TB spacer?

does anyone know anything about throttle body spacers? do they actually work? do they harm any sensors?

I see them on ebay and laugh ;D
The TB upgrade barely adds anything so a spacer won't do anything....now the intake spacers are good if you port your stock upper plenum really good.
