So im finally hooking up my temp gauge after i have had the gauges in my car for over 3 months now. Anyway, is it alright to just take out the passenger side sending unit? From what i heard, its just for the dash gauge and the drivers is for the ECU. I may be wrong, and in that case, im just going to drill and tap 1/4 thread so i can just put the sensor in that, but I would much rather just use the stock place, because i dont even use the stock gauge anyway. Can i do it that way or do i have to drill and tap for it?

No, do not do that! Trust me on this! The car's ECU requires both sending units to be operating. Take the time and drill out a new hole.

After 300 miles my plugs looked like they were put in a pencil sharpener...... ::D

there is a spot on the side of the block that you can put the sensor. all you have to do is tae out a bolt and screw in the sensor. pretty sure it is on the passenger side.

well i just taped for it. it was easy. Now the Oil pressure, it was easy, all you had to do was take a brass screw out, and put the sensor in, they already have a T in the same spot that the stock one goes. Thanks guys!
