Just got my new 5.0 mag and it had the pic of a beauteful new 32v 5.0L v8 on the cover. It is comming out for the 2011 and the code name coyote. More info when i get back on.

There are a few threads on this subject, but needless to say i have the same issue sitting on my coffee table right now, and it is
exciting.. The next SN95 swap needs to be a 94-95 with a 2011 5.0 in it.. That's one modular I wouldn't mind owning.

Nonetheless, it's about fvcking time Ford put some power back into the GT. The S197 was a great platform when it debuted, but we can't have Chevy's V6 making as much power as our flagship pony car.

I was reading it last weekend drooling at the pics. I like the Intake design, almost a copy of the LSX composite intake. The article also states these are the best 4V heads to date and 11 to 1 Compression in street form that can be ran on 87 octane.

Yes a supposedly better 6 sp then the T56 and i just might want a new Mustang finally.

If they put out a Boss 302 i'm all over it. I think they will since this engine is a 7000rpm capable beast.

i got the same issue a few days ago. over 20 pages on the new 5.0

11.1 compression ratio
"weak" connecting rods

engineers said this motor wont take Boost kindly

the new 6-speed manual is the Getrag MT82. and the Auto is the 6R80
