Yeah I have this problem too, I was able to get rid of it by putting a block of wood on a second floor jack, and pushing the bracket back up, unfortunately, any time the ebrake gets used, it comes back down. I need to figure out a way, to keep it up there. Also I get a popping noise from the rear sometimes so I wouldnt be surprised if my uppers and lowers were shot. Especially with all the miles I have.

PINION ANGLE. "minium angle and the drive shaft straight" isn't what you should be spouting off. Get an angle finder and set it 2 to 3 degrees DOWN from whatever level the engine is at while at ride height. This will require adjustable upper control arms...not sure if yours in your sig are. I dealt with this very issue on a customers car. He slapped all new suspension components in the car and wondered why he had a hellacious vibration and rubbing noises. He slapped a set of UPRs in and assumed he could eyeball the length. By angling the pinion down, it will move the DS away from the ebrake brackets and SHOULD alleviate your problem.
