Well I have had her about 2 months now and its been SLOW on getting mods on it. All thats been done is window tint and a custom shift kit..........thats about to Change > > >
I have been waiting for financial reasons, but the big reason is that I want to get all my little bolt on crap together and have it all put on at ONE TIME so I can take it and have it dyno tuned with all the parts on it and not have to take it back time and time again to have it tweaked when a part was added. Here is what I'm looking at, a 2-3 inch drop all the way around, JLP traction bars out back, NEW 18inch Chrome wheels ( have not decided on what type yet :-\ :-\ ) I would have had this stuff done already but as most of you know my son had tubes put in his ears for the SECOND time recently and I was waiting on the bills for that before I spent money on myself. Anyway on the induction side a Coldair kit ( probally the chickenears kit ), the C&L upper with the SB TB, a 6lb lower pulley with new belt , MOTOBLUE performance series coils, NGK-V Power Plugs, 160* T-Stat , Bassani catted mid pipe, Bassani BX catback and a Custom Dyno tune with Sniper software. Like I said I'm going to have all these parts put on at one time, the I will take it ( VERY SLOWLY, staying out of boost ;D ) to Jacksonville to Wayne's Dyno to have it tuned. With this I should without a doubt be in the 400/500 club 8) 8). Then I may go with a ported blower, it just depends on how much power I get out of the mods here, I don't want to take it over around 425rwhp. Over that gets into the danger zone on the stock rods and I don't want that to worry about
Then I'm going to get a Cooling upgrade kit, I like the one that RPM has, it includes a heat exchanger / twin cooling fans / expansion fill tank / Intercooler upgrade / battery relocation kit / and a water wetter. Ill keep looking for anything better but thats a pretty good kit they have and its just around 650 for everything .
I'm going to start ordering parts right after the 4th and I hope to have everything ( on the power side ) by the middle of the month so I can have it done and tuned by the first of August at the latest. Then the cooling stuff before my Birthday in September.......just in time for the G-Burg Get together ^-^ ^-^
