What does it have for a tranny? aftermarket i hope!?

and why do alot of import guys do the racing drivers seat and stock passenger?
alot of the ones that are being imported from japan into canada have the same seal. never made sense to me..

it has a built 6 speed Getrag tranny, as far as the racing seat goes, the car was gutted besides that one seat, and the dash when it went to the track, ran a 10.2 a Lebanon Valley drag way, i put the stock interior back in for now (drivers seat was missing) until i do my black leather swap. So the one racing seat was not by choice, lol

i have always loved that car...remove the all wheel steerin(dosent really help and just adds on to the weight) and remove the coffe cans for some straight pipe and it will be even better

The AWS has been deleted already haha, and as far as the coffee cans go, it has a 3" turbo back, but i'm gonna swap out those mufflers for some Dual tip stock appearance ones

thanks, yeah i wasn't a huge fan of the color at first either, but it grew on me. It actually looks a lot nicer in person, the pearl coat looks pretty killer up close

Very nice VR-4, the japanese model arrives down here called GTO i think. Ive also seen Mitsubishi galant VR-4 pretty fast also... my friend also has a rare Mitsubishi RVR with an EVO II engine, kind of slow at first cause its an automatic but then it hauls ass. Good luck with the progress on your VR4, cant wait to see it with the saleens. I know they will fit perfectly.. i sold my oem 17s to a guy with an eclipse... he had the center caps filled so you don't see the mustang any more. Let us know with your progress :headbang:

i go on there on occasion, i'll still be on here tho, i like the people on here a hell of a lot more haha. Plus my brother has a Mustang, and my grandparents have a Mustang, so i'm around them all the time, and working on them

if i would have been able to afford one of those when i was 18 i probably wouldn't be on this forum or ever own a mustang. I loved those cars since forever. i actually went looking for one last year to see i could pick one up for cheap. one of these days i'll get one to play with. i'm jealous for sure. i can't say i like the color but the fact of the car itself makes it worth it. post some more pics when you get the interior and the wheels done.

Yeah man, i've loved these cars since i was a kid, so glad i finally got my hands on a good one. they are kinda pricey, but well worth it. i'll def. take more pics once i get the car finished with the way i want it too look
