Theft light help and Mach 460 questions.

I have a 1994 GT with the mach system. My questions about this is can I reground all the amps in the car to somewhere else to get rid of the annoying "humming" sound or?

Also, is my theft light supposed to flash when the doors are shut and locked?

Well as for the Mach System It may not be just a ground issue. And the theft thing? I honestly didnt know I had a light.... My viper one does....
