lol its only a 96 Dodge 1500 2wd. When I took this pic I drove this truck daily for a lonngg time with it like that.

its the air filter with a rather large mouse nest attatched to it covering about a 1/4 of it.

i didnt know mice had nest, i thought they had little homes in the walls of houses with little door entry ways... :dontknow:

but to answer your question, it works just like a tire. has the same valve and everything. fill it up with a compressor or whatever, and you can deflate it with a key, pen, pointy object, etc...

Actually, when my brother bought my car like 4 years ago, it had a rank smell in it(was stored in a barn). After 6 months we had enough and destroyed the interior. We found an abandoned mouse nest under the passenger side rear seat... It was gross!!!

ah. when your vtak! actuator leaks fluid it foams up like that... just put some blinker fluid in your o pipe and it will seal up fine...
